I would like to make the drag&drop and copy-paste features working, but every solution is a deadend, found on the internet.

My host OS is a Windows 10 64 bit operating system, and the guest one is a Linux Debian 9.x 64 bit. I enabled the drag&drop and the copy-paste functions in VM Settings,

reinstalled the VM tools properly, then configured it, and installed open-vm-tools/open-vm-tools-desktop, but nothing happened. I read about turning off and on the whole workstation, but it is neither helped me. Next I started the Vmware with admin privilegues, nothing changed. Can somebody please help me, how can I use these important functions?
