Profile Installation Failed Invalid Profile

Hello All,

 

We’re trying to enroll a new batch of iOS devices that are already associated with DEP.  When we log on to the phone, the process is all wrong.  We have to download an agent, follow the steps, and we get all the way to completion when there is an error message:

 

Profile Installation Failed Invalid Profile

 

We shouldn’t even have to go through this process as they should just auto-enroll via the association with DEP.

 

Can you point me in the right direction of some useful documentation?
