I have been trying to figure this out but so far, not able to. this is brand new, never connected to vcenter or anything yet.

Set management network to use all 4 on board 1GB NIC’s, ( I have a fiber network as well as a SANS 10GB also)

I set the ip, subnet, GW and DNS, the NICS note they are connected. also there is activity on the NICs on the back of the server.

I have been looking at the switch ( consulted my network admin) and I can not find any activity on the ports the network cables on the switch.

I have contacted the Server manufacturer and they sent a tech with a new motherboard and that didnt do anything.

Ideas?
