Need to raise a advisory case, regarding the ESXi and Firmware upgrade for HP Proliant Servers (BL 460c Gen9 Model)

Hi Team,

1. Running BIOS Firmware version I36 Date 1/21/2018 and ESXI version 6.5 build number 7388607

2. Need to upgrade the SPP version to 2019.09.0 and ESXi version update to 6.5 build number 15256549

So, Kindly suggest the standard procedure here, whether firmware or ESXi needs to upgraded first?
