Hi,

We’re trying to deploy several internal apps (MSI based installers) but they fail instantly – looking at the registry key under “Queue” (HKLMSoftwareAirWatchMDMAppDeploymentAgentS-1-5-18):

LastErrorHRESULT = Failed to sanitize the cache directory

I’ve tried deleting the cache directory altogether (%programdata%AirWatchMDMAppDeploymentCache) – the directory gets recreated and the directory with the app’s uniwue code gets created but it remains empty.

Searching Google and this forum comes up with nothing – the most we have is the “Cheat Sheet” that confirms the error code, but no remedy for the issue.

Does anyone have any tips for this issue?
