Horizon Login hangs on Policy “Group Policy Internet Settings” applying over App

We have the problem that the login only over the iOS App always stops to loading at Applying Group Policy Internet Settings policy. All users are affected but only when login to a new session to a desktop. Reconnecting to a session is no problem. When the user disconnect the hanging session and reconnect again it works.

The connection via Windows with the VMware Horizon Client does not cause any problems.

We use Instant Clone with DEM and App Volumes. We don’t see any errors in the DEM log of the users. What could be the cause?
