Fedora 32 VMware-Remote-Console-11.2.0-16492666 install failing. USB Arbitration Service failed

This post was originally published on this site

Hi,

I’m trying to install vmrc on Fedora 32. The installer is started by:

sudo bash VMware-Remote-Console-11.2.0-16492666.x86_64.bundle –console

When trying to install the VMware USB Arbitrator 19.7.0 it failes and rolls back the installation.

Anyone had this before? Any workarounds to get the USB Arbitrator working?

Help appreciated
