Suppose I have pak file with version 1.0. installed on vrops .

Now I have removed some symptoms present in 1.0  pak and marked it as 2.0

1)When I am upgrade that pak  form 1.0 to 2.0 on vrops then I am able to see those symptoms even though I have removed .

2)when I reinstall pak from 1.0 to 2.0 on vrops then I cant find these symptoms which is as expected .

I have question for first case where I am upgrading my pak , does vrops will not perform data cleaning properly  and still it keeps data in database or its issue of that pak file .
