I have 2 HP DL360 G10 servers installed vSphere ESXi that will be vSphere HA.

Then there is a HP DL20 G10 Server will be the vCenter server. I want to create a RAID 1 with two 1TB HDDs in the server and install ESXi on it before deploy vcenter.

However I found that the server’s smart array controller uses software RAID. VMware doesn’t support software RAID.

Is there any solution that allow me to create RAID 1 HDD compatible with ESXi?

Or any other way to make two copies in two HDD at the same time?
